Your cart
Items you add to your cart are saved in your own browser (local storage) on your device. They are not sent to us until you check out.
When you place an order
At checkout we collect your name, mobile number, email address and delivery address, along with the items in your order.
These details are sent to Razorpay, our payment provider, and stored with your order so we can verify the payment and deliver your order. A copy of your order details may be emailed to us through our email service provider so we can fulfil it.
After payment, your order summary is kept in your browser for that visit so the confirmation page can show it.
Payments
Payments are processed by Razorpay. Your card, UPI and bank details are entered in Razorpay's checkout and are not received or stored by us.
If you contact us on WhatsApp, your messages are handled through WhatsApp and its own terms and privacy policy.
Cookies and tracking
This website does not use advertising cookies. We use Vercel Web Analytics to count page visits; it does not use cookies and does not identify you personally.
Razorpay's checkout may use its own cookies when you pay.
Hosting
This website is hosted by Vercel.
How long we keep your details
We keep order details only as long as needed to deliver your order, handle exchanges or returns, and meet legal and accounting requirements.
